List Cleaning–A MUST!

List Cleaning

There's NOTHING more important than a email clean list!!!

Rather bluntly, Suppliers can put their head in the sand and continue to use the same list you have been using and NOT clean it…just because Constant Contact you think its enough that they are eliminating soft and hard bounces…or you can listen to us and clean your list.

Here's the truth.  Constant Contact, Mailchimp and dozens of others email campaigners will always remove hard and soft bounces…but cleaning your list professionally is critical and you must do it at least quarterly.  No matter what you think, this is critical.

There are three key components to making sure your emails get delivered.  One, a good subject line, two a great graphic and three a clean list.  But the clean email list may in fact have more weight than the other two…combined.

Believe it or not servers that route your emails track you–every step of the way–even when you use Constant Contact.  It's all about YOUR reputation, and there are seriously complicated AI (artificial intelligence) algorithms that look at and remember what email addresses Suppliers use for each email you send.  If your list contains a lot of emails that are dead, unresponsive, or do not reply after you've sent them dozens of emails, those servers reduce your emailing reputation because they want you to clean your list.

But those abovementioned emails which could be soft or hard bounces…are not taken off your list by Constant Contact.  No, Constant Contact would rather they stay because if eliminated that reduces their charge to you!

What happens is your emails go from sending like a fire hose in how many emails get sent/opened to tiny a garden hose in terms of volume.

We specialize in DELIVERABILITY…not OPENS…and if you let us guide you you will get many more emails on the Distributor's desktop and not in their spam folders.
